Need help from some of the experts on this one. I couldn't pass up this strange bike, but am not sure what do with it. It is a Crescent Varldsmastarcykeln. From what I can see:

Lugged frame
Campagnolo Shifters and FD
Shimano 600 RD
Campagnolo Brake Levers and Brakes
Cinelli Stem and Cinelli Giro d'Italia 64-40 Handlebars
Nashbar 700c Wheels and Sealed Hubs
Some sort of Sugino Crankset?
Some sort of leather saddle (Avocet?)

Everything is a little rough and obviously pieced together. Only $25 though.
