I had this very same decision to make recently. I ended up going with 2010 Centaur. I think 11 speed is entirely unnecessary. Plus the cost of Campy 10 speed cassettes and chains is quite affordable when ordering from the UK. The 5/3 shifting is what sets Campy apart imho.
