Just got my Kursk pro's and as promised I would let you know how they are working out. Total shoe love! I also just got a Bern helmet and loving that too! No more geek cycling helmets or skating/biking helmets that look like I am trying to be 14 again. So sorry... off topic there. Back to the shoes. They perform just like any other clip less cycling shoe and you can walk in them a bit with no noise or feeling awkward. They go well with anything and look great. I am the type that gets cycling clothes and gear that look good on and off the bike yet perform well. Answer also makes some decent shoes that look like skate shoes. I have had those for a couple years. I don't know what is recent from them. Oh and also Sixsixone makes a pretty decent looking skate shoe style. Good luck with your choice, and yes there are shoes that are not fugly like you are looking for. :-) I have three pairs so far. By far the Kursk I know I will use the most now.
