I've only installed 60 watts/hr for now. I use LED lighting & will be installing a 12v ceiling fan to help destratify the cabin while heating w/ wood. I use a car stereo driving large 70's speakers easily. I don't really need an inverter since my power needs are small. When necessary I use a Honda genset for tools, although battery operated tools are really good now.

I have a gravity water system w/ a propane demand heater. It uses a small 12v pump. So far I've had no power issues!
