This is going on my Gazelle, so the sooner I get this replaced and the bars wrapped, the sooner everyone gets to see pictures.

It's a nice 10' bike. Gets a little uglier as one gets closer.
I never had to rebuild my 10sp Ergos while I owned them, but I did rebuild 2 8sp Ergo sets, including 2 thumb mechanisms. If things haven't changed, then it should be pretty straightforward. You might check over in Mechanical Forums, too.

What I learned from my (limited) exposure to the Ergos was a methodical approach keeps things manageable. If you get in a hurry, it can get messy. I learned that one on my first rebuild.
