Can you lace your own wheels? IRO hubs, FOER rims, etc... would make for a Deep V-ish weight.

I have DP 18s and while they're pretty strong rims, they're also pretty heavy... I think about 0.8lbs more than Deep Vs. That's a lot of rotational weight for your starts and stops.
