I would not trust no-name brakes from who-knows-where in Taiwan. You can get a sweet deal on SRAM Rival or Force, Shimano Ultegra or 105 or many other name brands. I got some NIB Force calipers for ~$125 with shipping.
Why take a chance?
They've been thoroughly tested by cycling magazines.
They've around for years and used to be sold for almost 3 times as much under a "name" brand.
