Don't you just hate red lights? I go 6.2 miles in 25 minutes, most of it on a MUP.

My dad used to commute to work (in a truck) 90+ minutes twice a day. I swore I would never do that long term.

I currently do 30 minutes in the morning and longer in evenings so an hour or so wouldn't be to much of a stretch for me. I'd just need more food, pants and shorts.
