Bikes: 2007 Orbea Aspin, 1994 Trek 730 Multitrack

Is $500 a good price for a 2007 Orbea Aspin?
I'm looking at buying a 2007 Orbea Aspin. The total cost would be a little over $500. Assuming everything goes well at the LBS, should I buy it?
