Gonna re-do the Marinoni with a drop bar. The porteur looks cool, rides fine, but I itch for a drop bar on that bike.
Currently sussing out the options, with two primary possible directions:
- Club racer - 28mm tires, more saddle-bar drop, longer stem (I have two NOS chromoly stems ready for action), traditional drop bar
- Randonneur/sport tour - Rando bars, high stem, constructeur racks

In either case, the porteur rack is going to go.

I'm reserving a spot in my stable for a proper English or Dutch bike instead of trying to make the 'noni play act like something it is not.
