just got a pair for $10 bucks at the store as they were on sale. i asked the guy if they would be already for my fixed gear, he said "yes". i open up the bag, "Not for fixed gears" and that id have to buy specific fixed gear straps, i look online and it says the only difference is the fixed ones comes with XL straps and mount directly to pedal.

Is this needed? im pretty small (130 pounds) and i do skid a decent amount but not a ton and the store didnt have any of the "fixed" power straps, will i be fine? i dont ride very hard honestly... just wondering input, im not going to die am i? ha
