Having worked in a new very high end shop for around a year now, by far the most issues we have roll into the shop are SRAM related.
The only Shimano hoods I like are those of Di2.
I ride Campy 10 and love it. I can service everything just how I want to, it looks great, and it shifts even better. I rate Chorus 11 on par with Red and non-electric Dura Ace.
