Found a nice little app called cyclemeter that records stats like average speed, distance, elevation changes, etc. You can save different routes so you can compare your stats over time. It also shows the route on a map. There's quite a few options.

Anyway, I'd like to be able to see it while I ride so a mount would be really nice. Doesn't need to be waterproof. I can keep the phone in my bag when it's raining.

Eventually I'd love to get an Ant+ system that would let me record heart rate and cadence but that's a little spendy for me right now.
