Still unsure of what you're talking about but my guess is that your confused because the threaded part of the lockring is smaller in diameter than that on the cog. This is normal, as there are two individual sets of threads on a fixed hub - a bigger one for the cog and a smaller (reverse threaded) one for the lockring a shown here:



Please have them properly installed at your local shop when your bike arrives.
