I have picked up all our 20's for $40.00 - $100.00 and the most expensive one needed very little save for new tyres and grips while this little guy might be one of the most heavily modified 20's out there and there's a little more to do before I strip the bike down and powder coat the frame.
This has been a labour of love that borders on obsession... I could have bought a new Dahon but then I would just have a new Dahon (no offense to new Dahon owners).
Figure that with the new wheels and some new Marathons (installed last night) I have wheels that are worth as much as many entry level bikes and if I was not able to do the wheel and frame work (there has been lots) myself, this would have been a pretty expensive project.
