The photo was shot pretty flat to the frame. On this display, I measure 2.1" seat tube and 1.9" top tube (center-to-center). I believe the 2.1" equates to 60 cm but will make better measurements when I get home.

I was expecting someone to ask why I don't know whether it was a '74 or a '75. Of course, the correct answer is it that it was just a long time ago. I remember the event of taking delivery like it was just yesterday. However, I have come to doubt my recollection that it was 1975. I will have to look it up in my journal which I still have squirrelled away somewhere. The journal will also have recorded in it the cost for the frame and components, too. That will be fun to review.
