Along the lines of what fietsbob wrote, I would think that an automotive-upholstery shop could recover any bicycle seat in any color. In addition to actual leather, there are a host of vinyls & synthetics that are made to be exposed to the weather (think of Jetski seats, motorcycle seats, etc.)

The materials cost would probably be uber-cheap, just the labor really.
