No Pictures yet but I just came back fro my Doc appointment and since March 1st I've lost 60 lbs and that was without any exercise in the month of March due to an injury (DVT in calf). Exercise began April 1st. Resting BPM was 68 it was 80 in March and my BP went from 148/88 to 140/80. My short term goal is to be under 300 by mid July and close to my goal weight 6 months after that. Long way to go, but it's a start.
