+1. The silver m13ii's are really nice looking, extremely shiny, and the price is right. I own a pair of the black ones and they are good for the money.

FWIW, I had some silver Mavic Open Pros laced with DT Comp double butted spokes and they rode and accellerated loads better than the m13's. The Open Pros are a really nice low profile rim and the silver looks nice. They are much lighter than the m13's as well. Alas, my rear just got stolen, so Im back on the m13s tho.
