Can anybody recommend a wheelset that is really low profile? I've been riding wheels with deep V profiles and now I'm looking to switch them out for something much more low-profile, classic (no color or graphics, just stainless steel). Basically with much less presence overall. I admit this is very much an issue of aesthetics.
