Thanks for clearing that up, as I now see I did understand that in reverse. It's good to know I can use any 7 speed cassette as that makes things easier. Also, it is for my Trek 7000ZX

You can run any 7-speed cassette you want, provided your rear derailer can handle it. Is this the Trek 7000? You should be able to go as high as 32T, and probably 34T without issue. The choice is yours, depending on what gearing you want.

Sunrace stuff seems to be priced lower than Shimano. I don't know if this is an indication of lower quality or not, as I have never used Sunrace. Both Shimano and SRAM cassettes have always worked great for me.
