Thinking of turning a Cross Country Diamondback from a flatbar to a drop bar.

And I think I can use the original brakes on the top, but I'd like to put the dropbar brakes on also.

I've seen the set up before, and tried googling it, but nothing came up. Is there a guide to do this?
