I have a steel single speed/fixed track frame without inserts for attaching bottle cages. How have you folks in similiar situations attached your water bottle cages? Is there a heli-coil type insert that can be installed so that a cage can be screwed on? My last resort would be to use self-tapping screws but I would rather take a cleaner, more professional looking approach.
