No problem at all. I often do 100 milers on sundays and never had a problem with getting up early on monday and riding to work. The most important thing is good nutrition, hydration and mental attitutde.

rest. Make sure that immediately following a hard ride on a Sunday like that you get proper nutrition and then get a good night's sleep. If you don't give yourself those necessities Monday's commute will be more of an ordeal than a nice recovery ride.
