i think that's what it is. i did get proper food after the ride and all but only got 7 hours of sleep.

i went on a 50 mile casual speed ride with some decent hill climbing with a group. then when i got home i decided to go for a time trial for 28 miles. i was pretty much out the whole day and i think the exhaustion from being out all day just kicked in.
