The lowest weight I've been as an adult (while properly hydrated and not starving) is 164lbs.
The heaviest I have been as an adult has been 215lbs.
I generally hover around 175lbs during maintenance training, and drop down to 170lbs closer to race day.
Not training (nor watching my diet), and putting in a "weekend warrior" lifestyle, I ride around 185-190lbs.
