Unfortunately the QR skewer cannot hold the rear wheel - a replacement solid nutted axle is needed. With many other projects I sold to recoup costs and moved on.
A new QR with an internal cam should hold that rear wheel and you could put a few lock washers in to the current skewer to give it better traction.
Can't see what kind of skewer you are using but if you are using an open cam design they are ill suited for an SS application.
