I really did not need another bike but the fact it was chrome, Italian, was fitted with a right hand front brake, and was my size made this hard to resist even though it's an entry level bike with some entry level Campagnolo parts.
Valentino derailleurs... think I will replace these with some NR.
Pretty lugs...
And the whole 9 yards...
The bike has a
very nice ride (it has some pretty relaxed geometry) and is no lightweight... some 27 inch Nisi rims, a Stronglight 92, and some NR derailleurs should bring things down to an acceptable level and pretty the bike up.
The chrome is in very nice condition and all I had to do to make it ride-able was replace the crank cotters which came out very easily.
Time to bust out the polish...
