Spent the afternoon going over the Garlotti... the rear hub is hosed but thankfully, I have a decent spare which I will just lace up to a new old rim and will do the same for the front wheel.

That cottered crank is not going to last for long either.

Have some hand built wheels here I can run as temps... have some custom Arvon hubs laced to 27 inch Araya 1W rims and the problem with these is that they are so good you don;t want to take them off.

Lost 2 pounds of rack and added a little leather... she sure is a pretty bike.
