I would think that would be an ideal question to ask..............them. I would suspect that a good portion of Conti's tubular production gets used up by the pro race teams this time of year, although I'm purely speculating.
I asked over two weeks ago about some Continental clinchers and was told 1-2 weeks, still not in. But they said they were having a hard time getting stock from Continental.
