Nice going HW; Yes, riding a longer ride of 70 miles with a fixed gear is well within your range based on what you did so far. In my experience, the difference between riding fixed vs geared is less than imagined. I had your mindset when I first took it up a few years back and last year completed RAMROD and STP on a fixed gear at 53 years old.
