I'm 99% sure that those cranks are re-branded Stronglight 107s.
They were Stronglight's top of the line cranks in the mid 80's and even saw use by pros in the TDF on Gitanes and Peugeot, most likely.
I don't think they ar that common in Galli form, but the 107s can go for quite high prices if NOS.
I do prefer the lower model 106 to these though for their more classic aesthetics with fluted arms and the bonus of lighter weight.
