Nice vid - thanks for posting it. I love to see others' routes.

I noticed the bike lane is essentially along the curb. I couldn't tell from the video, but unless the asphalt/concrete joint is really smooth, it can be a sketchy zone to ride. With that, the bike lane is essentially a 1-2' strip to the right of the line.

I agree with others - it looks like you have a very reasonable commute.

Mine is not too far off of yours, but is a little more urban, and the 1-2 miles near where I work can be hectic.

Oh, and +100 for running daytime blinkies front and back.

In your video, the two cars who started to pull out and stopped (in the bike lane, sadly) likely did so because of seeing the blinking lights. Either of these instances could easily have been T-Bone collisions (you T-boning the vehicle), which is no fun.
