My wonderful wife just bought me a new bike for my Birthday and I have a few questions about tire preasure and shock setup.

I am about 5'10 195lbs

Wheels are setup with Schwalbe Rocket Ron 29 x 2.25 running tubes. Where should I start with tire preasure.

It has a Rock Shox Recon Gold TK 29 Solo Air. Where should I start with air in the shock. My old bike has no adjustments so I don't know where to start with the air preasure and rebound adjustment.
