Who gives a **** what this rude, ignorant, in-bred idiot thinks. Having experienced similiar approaches by total strangers my standard response is to ask them if there's a reason I should care what they think? And I look 'em in the eye when I say it as well. It's never failed to cut short any further conversation. Where does it say in the cycle-commuting handbook that we're required to suffer fools gladly?
