these, but as I said you need to trim one end to make them round to fit the holder. there was a short period when Campi used a block lie this but it was rounded. I am not sure if the 'pre 1999' pads shown on the page are the correct ones.
these might be the ones I am thinking of, but they are a bit pricy compared to the square ones.
