imagine the look on my face when i took my race bike to a local shop and lady was admiring it and asking questions:
Lady: "nice bike! Where are the brakes?"
me: "it's a track bike."
lady: [confused look]
me: "it's for riding on a velodrome...an oval track. There are no brakes. The gear is fixed so there is no freewheel action..."
