I recently got this Tortec Expedition from the U.K. shipped to the U.S. very inexpensively. It's got the best clearance I've seen in any rack, as you can see in the pic below. It's also a sturdy rack with 10mm railings (8 mm is the norm in most inexpensive aluminum racks.) You can drill holes should you decide you want the rack a little lower.
