The BGs didn't work for me. My left & right foot have different profiles, and each one has a different rate of habituation. My right foot never became comfortable with BGs, and the left foot wanted more. The e-Soles kit included four arch support heights and two metatarsal support thicknesses. I may max out the left foot on arch support before the right becomes accustomed to the lowest insert. The metatarsal button on the BGs and the metatarsal support of the e-Soles are an improvement over Superfeet's featureless flat sole; I used Superfeet blue for ten years BTW.
