Known issue with almost all Leather saddles.
Here's a fix from the wayback machine.
Cut 2 small (1'x1') pieces of an old tube and gently pry up the
leather from the corner of the cantle. Put a piece of tubing
between the end of the cantle and the leather on each
corner and you should be good to go.
