That bike looks to predate front suspension, as it has a 1" threaded steerer, finding anything except a really basic fork will be a strugle, as 1" forks are obsolete when it comes to front suspension.

Would suspect that to replace the fork would cost similar to buying a complete bike with a suspension fork, if you are going to get one for your bike, follow bikeman715's advice for the fit
