Thumbs up to Bacchetta

I have to give a shout-out to Bacchetta for some good customer service. The screws that hold the seat to the seat bracket apparently worked their way out over the course of 3 years riding. But when it got down to 1 screw, things became noticeably wobbly. The screws were fairly specialized being counter-sunk and having allen heads.

An email to them got 4 new screws in the mail to me, no charge.

As thanks, I sent them an article I had written, about recumbents in general and mentions Bacchetta, that is in this issue of the Emerald City of the South.
