For the most part, I like it. Just slide it on and it sticks. You don't need to hold it in place. When you're done pumping, press the button on the chuck to release the pressure in the hose, closing the valve stem and making the chuck a little easier to slide off. The chuck's still not *easy* to remove, though. I found it helpful to use a little spit to lube the stem before attaching the chuck. Otherwise, I was worried the chuck was going to rip a stem right out of the tube! Maybe it'll break in a little with more use and loosen its death grip on stems.

The thing is solid brass and quite heavy. Other than the possibility of a gasket wearing out, I can't imagine it'll fail within my lifetime.
