There's a light where I always get stopped, and often at the front of traffic. People get anxious to pass, of course, but this 3/4 of a mile or is are slightly downhill and protected by wind. I can typically sprint just above the speed limit here.
I do feel also get a something of a draft off of vans and SUV's sometimes, even when I'm not very close. At 25 mph, it's enough to keep me with them.
