Infinite hunger
I am always hungry.
Fairly sure I've managed to somehow shut off whatever it is that tells your brain you're full. I'm 5'9, 150 pounds and I eat 2400-4000 calories a day WHEN I WATCH WHAT I EAT.
That's how much I'll eat of things like oatmeal, skim milk, chicken breast, vegetables and legumes. If I was eating bread, candy, cheese and cake I'd probably blow into the 4500-6000 range without breaking a sweat.
Basically, if I eat until I'm full, I eat FAR too much. I do about 9 hours of bike per week, probably expending 6000-8000 calories doing that... When winter comes, I will be SO BONED. This is my first year of actually trying to eat well instead of just cutting calories to keep my weight down so I'm trying to eat at least 5 times a day and it's driving me INSANE because there was a time where I'd eat like once or twice a day.
None of the meals I eat now even come CLOSE to being filling.
Anyone stuck with that problem?
Do you easily manage your weight or does it feel like every single day is a battle against your stomach?
