I hadn't even thought of going to a doctor!
Say, anyone know if I could get a kind of all-in-one deal where a doctor checks my blood for nutrients / hormones and all that as well? Kind of curious if I'm missing something in my diet too.
I eat around 150-180 grams of protein per day so I don't think that's the problem at least...
And while we're at it: Is it better to eat more on ride days and less on rest days or would it just be better to spread it out evenly?
