I agree about seeing a doctor. I would get bouts of insane hunger until I was diagnosed with hypoglycemia in my early twenties and learned to avoid triggering large blood sugar spikes. A couple of old diet tricks to feel more satiated at a meal are to drink a large glass of water, just prior to the meal and include high fiber fruits and vegetables. Fiber gives a feeling of fullness and slows the absorption of carbohydrates.
