It's around 6-7% right now.

I used to weight 220 ( 150 now). At every point between 220 and now, I've been insanely hungry all the time. In fact, no wonder I got that fat in the first place. No amount of any food is enough.
Seems the best I can do is lessen my hunger by like 30% by eating lots of vegetables and drinking and whatnot but... still drives me nuts. Being hungry 24/7 is pretty annoying.
