http://www.accidentscene.org/ does that for motorcycle accidents. I've taken several of their courses in first aid for motorcycle accidents, and they discussed preserving as much evidence as possible for later use during the courses. And even though the founder of the course rides without a helmet, I'm still glad I took the courses.
