Ok after like 2 weeks of eating my higher fat sludge, I have to say it does NOTHING whatsoever for me. I still eat 3000-4000 calories per day easy.
I'll go back to my previous low-fat type food I guess. Do I really need more fat if I'm doing more exercise? If I wasn't doing anything, I'd need 2000 calories a day, surely I don't suddenly need twice the nutrients if I eat twice as many calories, or else I'd be in trouble at 2000.
I dunno. At what point can I just eat something as fuel without the need to have this 35/25/40 type ratio. I'm much better with higher protein and higher carbs than higher fats. Higher fats just makes me eat more calories, that's all it does. As long as I get a minimal amount, I should be fine, right?
